This exotic tasting garlic puree is infused with "Pebre," a hot Chilean condiment which is an integral part of both traditional and contemporary Chilean cuisine. It is made from tomato, merken chilli, sea salt, parsley and oil.
The garlic puree originates from Chiloe, a green and fertile island at the gateway to Patagonia in the south Pacific, famous for its folk legends and beautiful scenery. It is made using the Chilote garlic, the southernmost garlic in the world, which is larger than normal garlic but without the overpowering flavor.
It is ideal for a wide range of hot and cold dishes, especially good with vegetables and roast meats.
